- Secure $5M+ in venture funding through compelling research proposals
- Mentor PhD candidates in emerging tech specialization tracks
- Publish 2+ peer-reviewed papers in Nature/Science journals annually
- Interface with US Department of Defense and NASA tech incubation programs
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Nanotechnology with 5+ years R&D
- Published research in top-tier journals (h-index >20)
- Experience with quantum circuit design and neuromorphic computing
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation tools
- Track record of securing federal SBIR/STTR grants
- Clearance for DoD/NASA collaborative projects preferred
