Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives

- Lead innovation workshops and R&D initiatives with 15+ cross-functional teams
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget with ROI-driven project prioritization
- Forge strategic partnerships with tech startups and academic institutions
- Drive adoption of futuristic solutions across 5 global business units
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership roles
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum)
- Proven track record of launching scalable tech products ($50M+ revenue impact)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
