Responsibilities

- Develop patent portfolios and IP strategies for future-facing solutions
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite executives and board members
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government labs
- Anticipate ethical and societal implications of emerging technologies
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget for experimental technology incubation
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Physics with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of launching technologies with $100M+ market impact
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 publications
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on technology transformation
- Strong network within DARPA, NSF, or equivalent innovation ecosystems
- Portfolio of implemented technologies with measurable ROI
