Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market disruption timelines
- Partner with C-suite executives to translate technological visions into actionable product development plans
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and marketing teams
- Represent company at global tech forums and publish thought leadership on future tech trends
- Build and lead a specialized Future Technologies incubation team
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting tech adoption landscapes
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology roles with proven impact on product roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, decentralized systems)
- Track record of launching products with 3+ year market foresight
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $5M annually
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies preferred
