Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 2026 market disruption potential
- Develop strategic roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics frameworks, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing innovation pilots and scaling successful initiatives
- Present annual Future Tech Forecast to board members and key stakeholders
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with global research institutions
- Manage $10M innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Lead our annual Future Tech Summit featuring industry disruptors
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with demonstrated impact on innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI ethics, Web3, biotech)
- Proven track record of scaling breakthrough technologies from concept to market
- Executive-level presentation skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals or conferences
- Experience building and managing multi-disciplinary innovation teams
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and ethical implications
