Responsibilities
- Design and execute a 2026+ technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research on emerging technologies (quantum AI, neuromorphic chips, Web3 infrastructure) and assess commercial viability
- Develop risk mitigation frameworks for disruptive technology adoption
- Partner with engineering teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite stakeholders and investors
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and future-tech incubation programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI governance, blockchain architecture
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certifications in technology foresight (e.g., Gartner, IEEE Future Directions)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment
- Presentation skills for executive audiences with data-driven storytelling
