Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI/ML, quantum, IoT, Web3) for strategic opportunities
- Design and execute innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Build stakeholder alignment through compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring tech innovation ROI
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget across experimental projects
- Represent company at global tech summits and industry forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record executing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two future tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Executive communication and stakeholder management excellence
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (papers/patents)
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS Quantum, Google AI)
