Responsibilities
- Architect long-term technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market projections
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI, and biotechnology
- Conduct competitive analysis of emerging tech startups and patents
- Develop strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators
- Present technology investment proposals to the board of directors
- Manage a $10M innovation fund for pilot projects
- Champion ethical AI deployment and sustainable tech practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record in scaling technology ventures from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams of 50+ professionals
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management preferred
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies
