Responsibilities
- Architect 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and business objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Develop strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish governance frameworks for responsible innovation adoption
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes through data-driven analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products/services
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (e.g., quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with international tech policy and ethical frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating future technology thought leadership (publications, patents, or keynotes)
