Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and evaluate emerging technologies with transformative potential by 2026
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligning with long-term business objectives and market trends
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to position our company at the forefront of innovation
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate breakthrough technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Build and manage external partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption impact and ROI of innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 10+ years of technology strategy experience
- Proven track record in identifying and implementing disruptive technologies (quantum computing, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trends and their commercial applications
- Exceptional analytical and strategic planning abilities with data-driven decision-making
- Strong executive communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Experience managing cross-functional innovation teams and complex stakeholder ecosystems
- Certifications in technology management or innovation strategy (preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology commercialization or transformation projects
