Responsibilities
- Architect and implement long-term technology roadmaps for 2026+ digital ecosystem transformation
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI, blockchain) into core business strategy
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and research teams
- Develop patent-pending technology frameworks and intellectual property portfolios
- Present strategic technology visions to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish partnerships with leading research institutions and technology pioneers
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to maintain first-mover advantage
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of scaling innovative technologies from concept to commercial deployment
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, advanced AI systems, or decentralized architectures
- Executive presence with experience presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published research or patents in emerging technology domains
- Experience leading teams of 15+ technical professionals
- Deep understanding of technology investment landscapes and venture capital dynamics
