Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for breakthrough technologies (quantum, AI, biotech) and develop strategic adoption roadmaps
- Architect cross-functional innovation frameworks integrating Web3, IoT, and neurotech ecosystems
- Conduct market impact analysis for emerging tech investments with $50M+ budget oversight
- Partner with MIT Media Lab and NASA to pilot next-gen sustainability initiatives
- Develop ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and generative AI
- Present technology disruption scenarios to executive board and investor committees
- Mentor cross-disciplinary teams in rapid prototyping and agile innovation cycles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or venture capital with emerging tech focus
- Proven track record in commercializing disruptive innovations (portfolio required)
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic AI
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for autonomous systems and digital assets
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Certification in Technology Foresight (TF) or Strategic Innovation Management
