As a key member of our Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to develop sustainable tech strategies aligned with market trends and organizational goals. Your work will directly impact product roadmaps, investment decisions, and competitive positioning in an ever-evolving digital landscape.
Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) relevant to 2026 market landscape
- Develop comprehensive technology adoption roadmaps with ROI projections and risk assessments
- Partner with engineering teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Monitor global tech trends, patent filings, and competitive intelligence
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with internal and external stakeholders
- Drive thought leadership through white papers, industry talks, and published research
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation management
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and translating them to business value
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making framework
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level executives
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Practitioner) preferred
- Portfolio of published research or implemented strategic initiatives
