Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, Web3, biotech) to identify strategic opportunities for 2026+
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating future-forward solutions
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future tech into core business strategy
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Monitor competitive landscape and disruptor technologies
- Drive innovation through hackathons, R&D partnerships, and academic collaborations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies or products
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, blockchain)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies
- Executive communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Master's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-tech initiatives
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile environments
