Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps with 3-5 year horizons, balancing risk and opportunity
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future technology priorities
- Establish KPIs for R&D investments and track ROI of strategic initiatives
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups for early-stage innovation
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board committees
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or corporate innovation
- Proven track record developing multi-year tech roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., Web3, neuromorphic computing, green tech)
- Experience leading teams of 10+ technical professionals across global locations
- Strong financial acumen with ability to model R&D investment scenarios
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business required
