- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech solutions
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and implementing next-gen tech initiatives
- Conduct competitive intelligence and market analysis to position company as innovation leader
- Secure partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators for cutting-edge R&D
- Present technology strategies to executive stakeholders and investors
- Mentor technical teams on future-focused innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or emerging tech roles
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Proven track record of launching innovative tech products from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong network with tech research institutions and venture capital
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience presenting complex tech concepts to non-technical stakeholders
