- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with MIT, Stanford, and NASA partners
- Secure $10M+ in R&D grants from NSF and DARPA programs
- Architect patent portfolios protecting breakthrough innovations
- Advise C-suite on technology disruption risks and opportunities
- Mentor a team of 15 PhD-level researchers and engineers
- Present findings at Davos, CES, and IEEE Global Tech Summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (3+ exits or IPOs)
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or climate tech
- Secured $50M+ in government or corporate R&D funding
- Published in Nature/Science with >500 citations
- Experience scaling tech teams from 5 to 50+ members
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud architecture (AWS/Azure)
