- Secure $10M+ in federal innovation grants
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board members
- Maintain partnerships with DARPA and NASA innovation programs
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with 5+ years R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in quantum machine learning or neural interface design
- Experience securing federal grants (> $5M)
- Published research in Nature/Science journals
- Deep knowledge of semiconductor and AI hardware trends
- Security clearance preferred
