Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) to develop forward-looking strategic roadmaps for 2026 and beyond
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Conduct competitive intelligence assessments and market opportunity analysis for emerging tech domains
- Develop KPI frameworks to measure technology adoption impact and ROI on innovation initiatives
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and secure funding for experimental projects
- Build and manage an internal innovation lab focused on 2026-adjacent technology applications
- Represent the company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or corporate R&D with proven 2026+ tech foresight
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., generative AI, quantum algorithms, synthetic biology)
- Track record of successfully launching at least three disruptive tech initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Innovation Management, or equivalent experience
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in visualizing complex tech scenarios
- Demonstrated ability to secure $5M+ budgets for experimental technology projects
