Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration) for commercial viability
- Develop 3-5 year technology adoption roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions and research labs
- Monitor global tech trends and disruptors through competitive intelligence
- Drive innovation culture through workshops and knowledge sharing initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership role
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching innovative products/services
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting models
- Published thought leadership in emerging technologies
