- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Manage R&D partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators

- Oversee P&L for innovation initiatives and secure funding for strategic projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching scalable tech products with $5M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong data literacy and proficiency in strategic forecasting tools
