Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for healthcare, logistics, and energy sectors
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs worldwide
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Present technology strategies to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage innovation portfolio with $50M+ annual R&D budget
- Author thought leadership publications in IEEE Nature and MIT Technology Review
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Published research in quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or climate tech
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks governing AI, biotech, and autonomous systems
- Proven track record of scaling technologies from lab to market
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Japanese preferred
- Certification in Strategic Foresight from World Future Society
