Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead horizon scanning to identify breakthrough technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for emerging tech disruptions
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Manage technology forecasting reports and patent strategy development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of identifying and commercializing disruptive technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, Web3, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and strategic planning capabilities
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies and tools
