Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (2026-2030 horizon) to identify strategic opportunities
- Develop and implement technology adoption roadmaps for quantum, AI, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present tech forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation ROI and technology maturity
- Build partnerships with research institutions and tech startups
- Champion ethical innovation and sustainable tech practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurism
- Proven track record of implementing emerging tech solutions at scale
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI governance, or biotech convergence
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Exceptional strategic planning and systems thinking abilities
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
