Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum, AR/VR, biotech) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future product ecosystems
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and their impact on innovation
- Build strategic alliances with research institutions and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Strategic consulting background with Fortune 500 clients preferred
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals
- Experience building future-focused teams and scaling innovation programs
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
