- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligning with business objectives and future market projections
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen solutions through rapid experimentation cycles
- Forge strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry disruptors
- Present technology visions and ROI projections to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure impact of future technology initiatives
- Drive innovation culture through thought leadership and internal tech incubation programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or emerging tech leadership roles
- Proven track record of implementing cutting-edge technologies in enterprise environments
- Expertise in future forecasting methodologies (scenario planning, horizon scanning)
- Deep understanding of at least three emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
