As a key member of our Innovation Division, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop roadmaps for next-gen technologies including quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech, and decentralized systems. You'll translate complex trends into actionable business strategies while maintaining our commitment to ethical innovation.
Responsibilities
- Scan global tech landscapes to identify breakthrough innovations with 2026+ market potential
- Develop strategic frameworks for integrating emerging technologies into core business operations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future tech adoption priorities
- Create competitive analyses and disruption risk assessments for emerging tech domains
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and research labs
- Present technology roadmaps to executive leadership and board members
- Monitor regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Deep understanding of tech adoption lifecycle models
- Exceptional analytical and strategic communication skills
- Experience building partnerships with academic and research institutions
- Knowledge of global tech policy and ethical frameworks
