Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ innovations across quantum, biotech, and AI sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, researchers, and product managers
- Identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential for market integration
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Present future-vision frameworks to C-suite executives and investors
- Drive R&D initiatives in sustainable tech and circular economy solutions
- Analyze global tech trends to position Innovate2026 as an industry pioneer
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership roles
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of scaling innovations from concept to commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
- Experience with agile development and product lifecycle management
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
