Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum computing applications and AI neural networks
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Manage R&D budget allocation for experimental projects
- Mentor junior engineers in next-gen development methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership roles
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Track record of launching breakthrough products with global impact
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Strong communication abilities for complex technical storytelling
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting models
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
