Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Proven track record scaling technology ventures ($10M+ projects)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar journals
- Experience with government innovation grants (SBIR/STTR)
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for global partnerships
