- Collaborate with C-suite to shape R&D priorities and investment strategies in emerging domains
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and measure ROI of futuristic innovation portfolios
- Build cross-functional ecosystems to accelerate prototyping and pilot deployment of next-gen solutions
- Author thought leadership on technology disruption and future workforce implications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in emerging tech (AI, quantum, blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Certification in futures thinking (e.g., CFTE, Foresight Practitioner) or equivalent experience
- Track record of translating technology forecasts into executable business strategies
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex system interactions
