Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026 technology adoption roadmaps across AI, quantum computing, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions for enterprise clients
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis in emerging tech verticals
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI deployment and regulatory compliance
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor junior researchers and foster collaborative innovation ecosystems
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record scaling emerging technologies from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, generative AI, blockchain, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published research or patents in future technology domains
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
