Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and technology forecasting for 2026+ trends
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption (quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Conduct feasibility assessments and ROI projections for experimental technologies
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate innovations into commercial offerings
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage an innovation incubation program for high-potential technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, neurotech)
- Proven track record of launching innovative products/services
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
