Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps targeting 2026+ adoption horizons
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, biotech fusion)
- Translate technical capabilities into market-competitive business strategies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future tech priorities
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and strategic briefs for executive decision-making
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Establish KPIs to measure strategic technology adoption impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, AI, neurotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/MBA/PhD preferred)
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience with ethical tech frameworks and sustainable innovation
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Published thought leadership in future technology trends
