Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with 2026 commercialization potential
- Develop and execute strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with company growth objectives
- Partner with engineering teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and manage an external ecosystem of startups, research institutions, and venture partners
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory shifts affecting future tech adoption
- Drive cross-functional initiatives to embed innovation across all business units
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (e.g., AGI, neuromorphic computing)
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS in Engineering/Computer Science preferred)
