Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership

- Proven track record of translating research into market-ready products
- Strong data analysis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Excellent communication skills for complex technical audiences
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
