- Present strategic proposals to C-suite executives and board members quarterly
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Leaders accelerator program
- Secure partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory developments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ in future technologies
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Proven track record in scaling tech products to $100M+ ARR
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or decentralized systems
- Certification in Future Foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP preferred)
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Technology journals
- Experience leading international teams across 3+ continents
- Fluency in English with proficiency in Mandarin or German
