Responsibilities
- Lead research and development of 2026 technology roadmaps across AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Develop implementation frameworks for next-gen solutions
- Present strategic vision to investors, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Build and lead a cross-functional innovation task force
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products or initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and long-term forecasting
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies
- Global network of tech innovators and researchers
