- Design innovation frameworks to accelerate prototyping and pilot programs for breakthrough solutions
- Present strategic roadmaps to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in for multi-year initiatives
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team focused on future-state technologies
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption impact and ROI for transformational projects
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused strategies with measurable business impact
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, advanced robotics, or biotech integration
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Executive-level communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
