Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market viability by 2026
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps aligned with 5-year strategic objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Monitor competitive landscapes and regulatory shifts affecting tech adoption
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry thought leaders
- Manage innovation budgets and resource allocation for high-impact initiatives
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 8+ years tech strategy experience
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in futures forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience scaling innovation programs in fast-paced environments
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy preferred
