Responsibilities
- Analyze and forecast emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and their market implications
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with 5-10 year strategic goals
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Partner with product development teams to integrate innovations into core offerings
- Conduct competitive intelligence and market landscape analysis for emerging tech
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and secure buy-in
- Manage innovation portfolio with rigorous ROI and risk assessment frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 12+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies at scale
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Executive presence and experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Certification in technology forecasting or innovation management (e.g., CDIO, CTO Academy)
