- Manage innovation portfolio with $15M+ annual R&D budget
- Present strategic insights to Fortune 500 clients and industry consortiums
- Establish ethical frameworks for next-generation AI and autonomous systems
- Mentor a team of 12+ technologists and futurists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Executive presence with board-level presentation skills
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or major tech publications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
