Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Identify emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, neurotech) and assess commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling future-focused initiatives
- Analyze industry trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Manage innovation portfolio budget and resource allocation for R&D projects
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 12+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $10M
