Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 2026+ market impact
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology adoption across enterprise operations
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research for emerging tech trends
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on tech innovation priorities
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership and investors
- Oversee pilot programs for emerging technologies with measurable ROI analysis
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning or technology innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, biotech, or climate tech
- Certification in technology forecasting or innovation management preferred
- Experience developing patent portfolios or IP strategy
- Exceptional data analysis skills with proficiency in forecasting tools
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
