Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic integration by 2026
- Develop comprehensive future-readiness roadmaps aligned with market trends
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting tech adoption
- Quantify ROI for futuristic initiatives using predictive modeling
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
