Responsibilities

- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology strategy with corporate vision and investor expectations
- Design and execute innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and validation of futuristic concepts
- Establish KPIs and analytics systems to measure technology adoption ROI and competitive advantage
- Represent the company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching at least one breakthrough technology product or service
- Expertise in scenario planning, technology forecasting, and market disruption analysis
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with specialization in innovation management
- Deep understanding of Web3, AI ethics, sustainable tech, and human-machine augmentation
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or equivalent strategic foresight certification
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
