- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligning with business objectives and future consumer needs
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Collaborate with R&D to bridge theoretical research with commercial applications
- Present strategic insights to C-suite stakeholders and external partners
- Monitor global tech policies and regulatory shifts affecting future deployments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning or emerging tech roles
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, AR/VR, quantum, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products/services
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario planning capabilities
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
- Experience with agile innovation methodologies and prototyping tools
