Responsibilities
- Lead development of 2026+ technology roadmap through market research and competitive analysis
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies (AI, quantum, blockchain, AR/VR) for commercial viability
- Design pilot programs for emerging tech with cross-functional engineering and product teams
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board of directors
- Build partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry consortiums
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget for prototype development and experimentation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 7+ years tech strategy experience
- Proven track record in launching AI/quantum/computing innovations at Fortune 500 scale
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Deep knowledge of venture capital and startup ecosystems in Silicon Valley
- Exceptional data analysis skills with proficiency in Python/SQL and visualization tools
