Responsibilities
- Architect and implement the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with company vision

- Develop strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech innovators
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive leadership
- Drive innovation sprints focused on 2026-2030 technology horizons
- Oversee pilot programs for next-gen technologies (Web4, AR/VR integration, etc.)
- Ensure ethical implementation and sustainability of future technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing and executing multi-year tech roadmaps
