- Collaborate with R&D, product, and engineering teams to translate concepts into MVPs
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Monitor competitive landscape and identify disruptive market opportunities
- Establish KPIs for tech adoption and measure ROI of innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, IoT, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Proven track record of launching successful tech-driven products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
